This clear, flexible polythene strip has holes spaced along it - just thread balloon knots through holes for a secure fit. Holds up to 39 balloons per metre. Strip has alternating small and large holes along the strip for different sized balloons - not every hole has to be used.

Can be used to make balloon garlands, balloon arches, balloon streamers and much more.
