Helium Balloon Filling

Latex balloons generally float 8-12 hours so are best filled on the day.  Float time can be affected by atmospheric conditions such as temperature.

For longer float times, we can add Hi-Float to latex balloons. This can increase the float time to 3 - 7 days.

Foil balloons do not require Hi-Float and will normally float for 7 days or more.

Take care when handling and transporting balloons. High temperatures, e.g. a hot car, can cause latex balloons to pop. Cold temperatures will cause balloons to shrink.

No, but we recommend bookings for larger orders, or on Fridays and Saturdays when we have the most balloon orders. Please note that we prioritise pre-booked balloon orders over walk-ins, so making a booking means you don't have to wait.

We advise booking ahead of time for Hi-Float balloons as these need to dry for at least an hour before they can leave the store (to avoid popping).

Sorry, we don't offer a balloon delivery service for inflated balloons.

We’re happy to inflate balloons not purchased from us; however, please note that we cannot guarantee they will float or how long they will stay afloat.

Additionally, we are unable to replace balloons that burst during inflation due to poor quality or manufacturing defects. Thank you for your understanding. 

No, but we do sell disposable helium balloon tanks instore. These fill approx 22 x 11" (28cm) balloons. Assorted latex balloons are included in the box.
