Silicone Mould - Merry Christmas

Create a traditional "Merry Christmas" fondant or gumpaste decoration using this Merry Christmas silicone mould.

The mould has "Merry Christmas" in traditional serif font with holly accents. Overall mould is approximately 7cm tall and 20cm wide. Uupper case letters are approximately 2.5cm tall and lower case letters are approximately 1.8cm tall.

This silicone mould is made out of a silicone system specially formulated for use in food and confectionery and complies to FDA regulations.

Use with flower or modelling paste (gumpaste), fondant (with tylose as hardener), marzipan and more. 

Tips:

• Roll gently over the silicone mould and remove excess paste with a blade tool rather than a knife to avoid damaging the sugarcraft silicone mould.
• For easy release, the sugarcraft silicone moulds can be lightly dusted with cornflour.
