Description

Titanium Dioxide (E171) is a water soluble mineral-based powdered food colouring used to achieve a brilliant white in buttercream, fondant, gumpaste, royal icing, white chocolate and more. 

To use: create a liquid paste by adding a drop or two of water to the powder, or mix the powder straight into your dry product and knead through.
