Description

This DIY Balloon Cloud Kit has everything you need to make your own stunning balloon garland cloud with hanging streamers in pastel rainbow colours!

Cloud features white balloons in assorted sizes. Measures approx 1m wide once assembled - no helium required.

Kit includes: balloons, string, streamers and full instructions.

Balloons are supplied uninflated - assembly required.

Cloud will last for a week or more so can easily be made ahead of time (the balloons will shrink slightly over time). Latex balloons are 100% biodegradable.
