Unlike conventional gel colours, Colour Mills unique blend loves the fats and oils in your baking.

Colour Mill uses these oils to disperse pigment (rather than dye) allowing you to achieve a richer and more vibrant result.

Colour Mill colours works best with Buttercream, Swiss Merinque Buttercream, Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Fondant, Ganache, Cake Batter and more.

Directions:

• Before getting started, use the bottle lid to pop a hole in the seal and give the bottle a good shake.
• The pigments pack a punch so take it slow when colouring, starting with just a few drops and mixing as you go.
• Using more drops will increase the intensity of colour and less will create softer hues. Build the colour slowly as you mix your batter to achieve your desired hue.
• For a full-colour fill, add a maximum of 1- of colour to your mixture.
• Tip: If you have time and for the best results, let your mixture sit overnight.
• Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
