Description

Bake delicate sponges and angel food cake using the Mondo Angel Cake Pan.

Its high tapered sides and central tube allow your batter to rise and bake with even heat. After baking, invert the pan using the built-in feet around the edge to avoid deflating the cake. The removable base allows you to unmould the cake easily without damaging its perfect form.

The sturdy Angel Cake Pan is made of heat-efficient aluminum.

For best results, hand wash only.
