Silicone Mould - Large Lego Man

Create fun Lego Minifigure shapes decorating cakes and more using this Large Lego Man silicone mould.

There is one cavity with the man measuring 9cm high x 6cm wide. Mould measures 10.5cm x 7cm overall.

This silicone mould is made out of a silicone system specially formulated for use in food and confectionery and complies to FDA regulations.

Use with flower or modelling paste (gumpaste), fondant (with tylose as hardener), marzipan and more. 

Tips:

• Roll gently over the silicone mould and remove excess paste with a blade tool rather than a knife to avoid damaging the sugarcraft silicone mould.
• For easy release, the sugarcraft silicone moulds can be lightly dusted with cornflour.
