This light and delicious Australian Made buttercream is ready to use from the pot, or whip it to make it even more voluminous and light.
A more contemporary meringue style buttercream, and lighter than the traditional recipe found in similar products, Sprinks Buttercream has a lovely vanilla taste that complements even the lightest of sponges.

One tub makes approximately 12 cupcakes or covers a 20cm (8") x 10cm (4") high cake.
Can be easily coloured with food colouring to achieve desired colour.
